Etiquette on the Rig
Just a friendly reminder of the etiquette when we use the rig.
On days with hanging work, pull ups, T2B, muscle ups, etc. please remember to always face out on the rig. This is to prevent anyone from breathing in anyone else’s direction.
On days when we use the rack on the rig, please remember that if the person on the pack across from you isn’t a member of your household, to please stager when you un-rack and re-rack the bar. Speak to the person across from you, but the couple seconds it takes to wait while someone else un-racks or re-racks the bar will not hinder you workout. Please be patient.
These protocols are in place for your health + safety.
