Recovery

For those who did Chad 1000x last Saturday, how was your recovery from it? I for one must have been favouring one leg because my left calf muscle is still tight and sore on Monday morning. A trip to Vortex, lots of compression, magnesium cream, stretching, etc.

We want to thank both Dan and Steve for offering CFI members an even bigger discount on Compression and Red Light Therapy over the weekend to help aid in our recovery from Chad 1000x. CFI members always get a discount at Vortex, but over the weekend they doubled that discount, so we hope many of you took advantage of it.

Recovery is so important, and we have the absolute best recovery and wellness studio right here in Collingwood, and the two owners Daniel and Steve are also a part of our CrossFit Indestri community. If you have never been, go, check it out.
