weHONOUR, weREMEMBER

One of the most beautiful parts of CrossFit is that sometimes workouts have a greater impact that just being a workout. It’s always a profound moment in our facility when we take on one of those workouts that are more than fitness.

Workouts like CHAD1000x that we did this past Saturday, are one of those workouts. Today’s Remembrance Day WOD is another one. At the 11 min mark we pause the workout for a minute of silence to pay respect, to honour, and to remember those that have served, and those that still serve.

These moments, these workouts, they truly are special. It’s what makes our community, globally, and inside our facility so unique and so special.
