If you know anyone who has been talking about starting CrossFit, our next fundamentals session is coming up this week, on Friday evening at 7pm and Saturday morning at 10am.

As you know fundamentals is a 2 session program geared for athletes new to CrossFit. An introduction to CrossFit Indestri, how we coach movement, how our classes work, the fundamental movements we do often in class, with a focus on the olympic lifts.

Fundamentals sets athletes up for success in classes.
