May 24th weekend is upon us which also means is time for Murph! We were really hoping to be back in person for Murph this year. However we’ll make the most of it and will be doing virtual Murph on Saturday. It’s suppose to be beautiful on Saturday. For anyone who looks at Murph and might feel intimated, we have lots of options on how to tackle the workout, and will also have a half Murph option as well. We hope to see many of you on Saturday.
Monday, May 24th will be a holiday with no coach led virtual classes for us.
