Teen Program

Due to the last lockdown in January our Teen Program schedule was slightly disrupted, and we missed out on the winter session we had planned. With things looking like they’re all moving in the right direction, our teen program will resume for the Spring session this April. Dates, times, etc. will be shared shortly.

For those asking about our pre-teen program, we do also plan to bring this program back in the same session based format as the teen program, we do not have start dates set out yet. But we do absolutely plan to bring this program back. We appreciate everyone who has expressed interest.

3 Heaving Snatch balance (Stay Squat Stance)

:30-45 Seconds DU Practice

1 Snatch (heavy)
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats
20 DUs
