Ropes

After 25.2 last week we wanted to give a quick rundown on ropes.

We have ropes in the facility that you can absolutely use when your training in classes, however we highly recommend that a rope is one of the things you purchase for yourself, as the rope length matters and should be measured to suit you. If you’re using one of our ropes and the size you usually use isn’t available it could completely change the outcome of the workout for you.

We don’t sell skipping ropes, but we can help direct you. We would also highly suggest that you don’t spend a ton of money on a rope, unless you have used that rope and you know you love it.
