Stage 2

Stage 2 of the Ontario Reopening plan takes effect Wednesday morning. What does that mean for fitness facilities?

Not a ton. We’re still only allowed to train you outdoors, however it does look like we will have the potential to add a couple new spots to our outdoor classes. This is great news for the 6pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday class as it seems to have been the class to reach capacity more regularly.
