On Time

Just a friendly reminder, as it’s seems to be happening more and more, and athletes are arriving after the buy in briefing, please be on time for class.

Classes start at exactly 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 12pm, and 6pm. And at 9am on Saturday’s. If you’re late for class, you’re not only missing the briefing of the buy in and what’s happening, but you’re also cutting into your warm up time, and the warm ups are one of the most important parts of the workout. Ensuring we have enough time to get your bodies warm, and ready for what’s ahead, and to prevent injuries from occurring.

We appreciate that the noon class is most often time coming from work, and we’ve always given a little bit of an understanding to those athletes coming in a couple mins late. But please do your best to always arrive before the start of class please.
