Fixing the Speed Bumps

We’ve been given a heads up that this week, possibly Tuesday and/or Wednesday, they will be fixing the drive in where the speed bumps are just before Sidelaunch. The driveway will still be open, but give yourself a little extra time incase it’s backed up.

Also a weather reminder that the workout and or equipment is subject to changed based on the weather.

Every 5 mins interrupted with 30 DU or 15 lat hops over Bar
