It’s an Oly Lifting Strength day, which means you have a lot to think about. This is not a grip it and rip it type of day, this is a day for you to work on dialling in your positions, think about where the bar is, where your eyes are looking, the weight distribution of your feet, etc.
The 8 sets of 1 Snatch are also not for you to set a new 1 RM Snatch PR, these 8 sets are meant for you to really dial everything in, it’s only 1 rep make them perfect, and use a weight that you aren’t going to fail reps with.
