Getting Back
As we see more athletes beginning to get back into training or even just beginning to get back into training with more variety of equipment we want to remind everyone to focus on where you are now, not where you were before.
The past 16 months have not been easy on anyone, understandable that our fitness levels and abilities will have changed. Rather than focus on where we might have been, focus on the now, we’ll get back there, we don’t need to rush it, (that’s where injuries can occur.)
CrossFit has always had the saying, leave your ego at the door, this is the time to do just that. Give yourself a break, begin slow, be patient, be consistent, talk and listen to your coaches.
