We’re hopeful that we’ll all be training together in person again soon, but until that time, we continue to work hard virtually to give you at home options to maintain your fitness.
When so much is out of our control, two things we can always control are our attitude and our effort.
We 100% understand that it takes more effort than normal to hit workouts from home. Which is why we continue to provide multiple options for virtual workouts throughout the day, and daily blogs that feature the buy in, focus and WOD.
