Young Ski Racers

If you have, or know any young Canadian ski racers who identify as female, 3x Olympian + World Cup Alpine Racer Erin Mielzynski has an exciting new initiative to bring together young female racer, (while apart) to support, motivate + empower one another!

She’s bringing them together and challenging them to #defineYOURbeYOUtiful.

We’re incredibly honour that Erin thought of sheMVMNT to also be part of this incredible initiative.

Erin is having training bibs created, ones that she herself will wear while training, and she’s looking for Young Canadian racers who identify as female to give (for free) bibs too.

10min to Establish

5RM Back or Front Squat

WOD:

E2MOM x 12

Odd Min : 15 push up + 15 pull ups
Even Min : 15 sit ups + 15 Air squats

*Scale to 10 reps if unable to complete the work in the timeframe.
** Half the class will start on the Odd min movements while the other half the class starts of the Even min movements
