Winter is here

Winter has arrived, and come in hot. Just a couple friendly reminders, please allow yourself enough time with winter driving to still arrive on time for classes.. The buy in’s are important, injuries happen when you start missing the proper warm ups.

Also if something comes up that you can no longer attend a class that you’re signed in for, please ensure you sign out so that someone else can take that spot, and also so that the coach doesn’t expect you to be attending the class. We do worry when you don’t show up, especially on days when the weather is less than ideal.

And lastly, when you’re outside shovelling all these lovely snow, use all your training from inside the facility, so you do so with proper form to protect your backs. :)
