We first told you about a campaign launching a couple weeks ago. Tomorrow morning is the day! You will see a social media campaign launch tomorrow morning on our social media, and other affiliates across Ontario. Please share, please tag the Ontario Government, etc.

As mentioned the goal of this to have the Ontario Government sit with a affiliate owners and a group of physicians to come up with solid safety protocols to keep fitness facilities operating safely.

Fitness facilities have been a target in the shutdowns since reopen happened. We are not asking that the Government keep us open at all costs. We are asking to be heard, to listen to the safety precautions that we have found work and that we’ve been running under. The threat of closure for fitness facilities in constant. We all know that what we do inside our facility is about so much more than looking good naked. It’s about bettering lives.

Please watch for the campaign tomorrow. We all remember what the RX stands for right? RX is the medical term for prescribe……..

** Please note that the zenplanner update has now taken effect. Sign in for classes is set at 8pm for all classes 2 nights prior. ie) Thursday Classes open for sign in at 8pm on Tuesday, December 15th. Thank you for your patience and understand, it took a few days for the setting to take effect.

On a 15min clock

4 Min EMOM

Min 1: ME Thrusters to reach 50
Min 2: ME Pull ups to reach 20
Min 3: ME Thrusters to continue to reach 50
Min 4: ME Pull ups to continue to reach 20

Rest 1 min then

10min AMRAP
20 Wallball Shots 20/14
4 Deadlift 225/155
20 Alt Pistols

**Please note that on the EMOM half the class will start with pull ups and half will start with Thrusters. The goal is to reach 50 Thrusters and 20 pull ups in the 4 mins. You will have two opportunities to do so.
