Red Zone

As we enter the red zone on Monday morning we will give you a review of everything within our facility. Most of which is how we’ve already been operating since we reopened. But please review all the information below as it’s important that you know and some changes are happening.

Classes must be reserved ahead of time. Please double check that you signed in for the correct class time prior to coming to the facility.
(( The sign in time has also changed. Because of complaints about certain classes filling, and last min sign outs 3 days later, we have adjusted when you will be able to sign in for classes with the hope that this will help.))
Sign in for all classes will open at 8pm 2 nights prior to the class.

Please do not arrive early for classes. You must wait outside until the class before you has exited the building. Should you arrive at the facility and the door is locked, please be away the coaches will unlock the door when the previous class has exited and it’s time for you to enter.

Face coverings are to be worn entering and exiting the facility, and while moving around gathering equipment. All times that that you can not maintain a distance of at least 2 meters from others in the facility. You do not need to wear one while training.

Sanitization upon entering and exiting the facility.

Equipment sanitization after use, all equipment is wiped down, sanitized prior to your departure. Some equipment we will fog, ie) bumper plates, floor area, etc.

Music Level Please note that the volume of the music will be lower than normal. This is a requirement of the red zone. Please do not ask the coaches about turning up the music. We understand this is different. But this is out of our control.

Designated training area, as mentioned when we moved into Orange, the x’s in each designated area, are your training spots. Line your equipment up accordingly as this gives more than the required distance apart. All training unless given a specific spot from the coach will happen inside your square. * This includes keeping your chalk bags inside the square, not under the rig, as well as all personal belongings. Please do not use the rig as a coat hanger for coats, or masks. We understand having the lobby closed is not ideal. But for now, it is necessary.

Washrooms/change rooms/showers, washrooms will remain open and will continue to be limited to 1 person at a time in the washroom. Take the spray bottle in with you and spray everything you touch. Showers will once again be closed while we remain in this zone.

Lobby area remains closed, other than outdoor footwear.

New COVID form on zenplanner. A new COVID form has been added to your zenplanner account. This form will need to be signed again prior to signing in for classes and attending the facility. Keeping in mind that should anything change from the time you sign the form, you will need to not attend the facility.

As always, please remember if you are feeling unwell at all we ask that you stay home until you are feeling better. No pushing though or coming to the facility to ‘sweat it out’.

For the most part everything above remains how we’ve already been operating. But there are some minor changes, so please ensure you read through everything above. We appreciate everyone’s understanding, and hope that we the news of a vaccine starting in Toronto and Ottawa next week, that we’re closer to returning to normal.
