Fitness is defined as, the condition of being physically fit and healthy.

Training is defined as, the action of undertaking a course of exercise in preparation for a sporting event.

Working out is defined as, engaging in vigorous physical exercise or training.

In not one of these definitions does it talk about size, shape, or weight.

Imagine if more people and facilities focused on fitness/training/working out as defined, and less on body image.

Let’s ponder that for a minute.
