You’ve done two variations of this workout already. All the same amount of work, but partitioned differently, on June 3rd, and July 18th.

June 3rd you did the work as 10 Rounds for time in small sets with lots of transitions, on July 18th you did it chipper style, high volume reps one time through. Today we’re going right down the middle with 5 Rounds for time.

We’re tracked the whiteboard results for both prior workouts, some of the times from those of you who did both prior workouts was within a minute of your previous time. We’re interested to see if those stick with this new variation.
