For today’s version of the workout DT were asking that you pick a weight to do unbroken. We’re not giving you the RX weights, because the goal of todays workout isn’t to RX DT, it’s to do each round unbroken.
We often ask you to trust the process + to trust the programming. That just like the 5k on Monday had a place in the programming, so does asking you to pick a weight that you can hold onto the bar for the full set of 12 Deadlifts, 9 Hang Power Clean and 6 Push Press each round.
You absolutely might be able to RX the DT weight on a regular occasion, but this version of DT is unbroken so that might mean taking some weight off the bar and that’s perfectly okay, that’s the goal today!
