What to get fitter?
Do not cherry pick these endurance days!
What are we talking about? Do not look at the WOD, see that’s an endurance WOD “running” + decide against coming because you don’t like running or you’re unable to run due to an injury!
If you’re unable to run due to an injury, you will be given another option other than running!
If you don’t like running…. Well, get use to it. If it’s the distance that has you deciding to sign out of class, talk to the coach, we can always talk about scaling back! But the fact is, we run in WODs + just sometimes our entire WOD might be running!
We’ve also heard it all before, I can run on my own, I don’t need to go to the gym to run. The truth is, most of you won’t, or if you do, you have music in your ears, you zone out, and just run. Most don’t get the push that comes in a class setting. Everything in our programming has a place.
So, whatever you do, do not cherry pick endurance days! Get here!
