A Rope

We have just ordered some new replacement ropes as our ropes are getting very chewed up, or have broken. We have ropes in the facility for you to use during classes, but really the one piece of equipment that you should get for yourself in CrossFit is your own skipping rope.

Believe it or not they have speed ropes that work well at the dollar store. Coach Steph’s rope is from the dollar store. The other spot, which is where our ropes are from is Rogue Fitness (Canada), but don’t spend a ton of money on a rope.
