We’ve been living in a period of prolonged stress for over a year now. Whether you feel stressed of not, there’s a very good chance that you are still stressed out to some degree.
Self care can be a great way to reduce stresses. Whatever that self care looks like to you. Taking a bubble bath, reading a good book, etc. Taking some time for you is important. It’s why we did a 30 for YOU challenge this last winter.
We hope every understands the importance of self care. Now maybe more than ever, it’s important to take time for self care and let go of any stigma that might be attached to self care as being selfish! It’s Quite the opposite actually.
