Prioritize
While we have asked the Ontario Government on more than one occasion to verbally tell the people of Ontario that during this time they should be making their health, their fitness and their overall wellbeing a priority, they have yet to add that to any announcement.
Now more than ever we need to be focusing on some of the things that are within our control. Things like, getting good quality sleep, things like proper hydration, eating clean real foods, moving our bodies, reducing stress where we can.
We should be prioritizing our health, our fitness and our overall wellbeing.

Focus:

Min 1 - Seated Press x 10
Min 2 - Tempo Push ups with a 3 second negative x 3 - 7 reps
Min 3 - Handstand or Pike Hold ( 30 to 45 seconds )
WOD:
15 min AMRAP
3 Curtis Pās
20 Air Squats
200m Run or 1 min Cardio
