Next week, we have a fundamental session on the 13th, 15th, 16th at 7pm. This is planned to be our last fundamental session until October. If you know anyone who has talked about starting CrossFit or might be interested in attending have them email indestri@gmail.com now to reserve their spot. We have just a couple spaces in that session remaining.

Focus:
Week 1 Pull Ups
Stage 1 - 0 Pull ups : 3 sets of 5 jumping negatives.
Stage 2 - 1 Strict Pull up Consistently : 5 minute EMOM 2-5 strict pull ups
Stage 3 - 5 Strict Pull ups Consitently : 5 minute EMOM 2-5 strict pull ups
Stage 4 - 10/7 Strict Pull ups Consistently : 4 minute EMOM of 20 seconds unbroken kipping pull ups
Stage 5 - 15/10 Strict Pull ups Consistently : Tabata kipping chest to bar pull ups. Count lowest score.
**Coach will set clock as a 5 min EMOM. If you’re on the tabata, make sure you’re watching the clock.
