Comfort Levels
It’s important to remember that everyone has different levels of comfort when it comes to the situation with COVID-19. We thank everyone for remembering and respecting this.
When it comes to attending classes, we want to ease some of the comfort levels for your health + safety.
We’ve limited class sizes to half of our “pre-covid” size.
Our designated workout squares exceed the government mandated 6 foot distance, giving you a 9X7 foot space of your own, with a 6 foot buffer between each.
We have sanitization baskets at each individual station for sanitization of all equipment used. As well as coaches sanitizing floors between each class.

We’ve limited the use of common areas, such as the washrooms, etc. to one person at a time + taken away the use of seated areas in the lobby. All your personal belonging go with you to your designated workout area.
No sharing of equipment. Everyone has their own equipment to use in their spaces.
We’ve stopped open gym and drop in visitors for the time being.
The health + safety of our members + our coaches is our number one priority. The protocols + procedures we have put in place have been done so with that in mind. It’s important to us to of course be able to keep our doors open, but to do so with your health + safety in mind!
