A friendly reminder that we would love to have all of you sign up for Indestructible #WODTogetherAtHome Each Friday we will release a workout which you will have until the following Friday to complete. We will be hosting a live virtual zoom workout on Saturday at 9am for those who wish to join.
The workouts will have options for some equipment and no equipment.
While we prepare the facility to be able to reopen our doors, we also want to add a little extra support, encouragement and motivation to our training.
Indestructible #WODTogetherAtHome is free for everyone to join, so if you have family members, or friends who wish to join in, by all means.
Our first workout is released on Friday. But registration will remain open the whole time, so you can join in at any time.
