During the Open
This year during the open we’ve done our best with the programming to ensure that Friday’s are programmed as a day that you can still attend for those of you who are competing on Saturday’s.
The program during the 3 weeks of the open can always be a little tricky as we have a lot to take in to account. What might be programmed for the open, so we don’t overload, recovery post open, as well as the fact that not everyone in the gym is competing.
By all means you can plan Friday’s as a rest day if you feel that is best in your schedule, but we have done our best to ensure with the programming that you don’t have to make it a rest day if you would prefer to come to class.
