25.2 is Pukie coming for you?

Blogs I typically done in advance, so at the time of writing I still don’t know the workout for 25.2, but it’s not hard to imagine after all these years, that pukie will be coming for you. It also Rhymes. ;)

A few remindesr for this Saturday’s 25.2

Please arrive by 8:30am for athletes and judges, we will do the brief at 8:45am, and kick off the first heat at 9am.

Depending on the length of the workout plan to spend your morning at CFI. Heat timing, and numbers per heat will depend on the workout, space needed, equipment and also the number of judges we have available. So please plan to come for the morning, bring snacks if needed. If you’re able to help us judge some heats, we would greatly appreciate it.

Same as last week, please park at the front of Agnora off the 10th line and walk over. Please do NOT park next door at South Winds Marine.

The theme for 25.2 is Old School CrossFit. Think Reebok era of CrossFit, bright colours, compression tights, vintage tee’s, headbands, booty shorts, Reebok Nanos, etc. If you don’t have any vintage tee’s a CrossFit tee will do just fine.
