There will not be a blog Thursday night with a posted workout for Friday. Holiday WOD’s unless previously announced like Murph, are treated very much like Saturday WOD’s, and not posted. It might be an individual WOD, might be a partner WOD, might even be a team WOD. You’ll find out when you arrive.
Reminder that the only class on Friday for Canada Day is at 9am. We’ve increased the class capacity for the class, but you still must sign in for the class ahead of time. Registration for the class is already open if you head to zenplanner now.
Important Notice, Please be aware:
Our facility recently change the payment provider integrated within our Zen Planner software to their in-house solution, Gains Global. We've received been made aware that with a couple other Canadian facilities that when they’ve charged a payment for memberships, the descriptor on their bank statement shows as "Gains" instead of "CrossFit Indestri" We've received word this is a bug on the processor side, and we are working with Gains Global to get it rectified. In the meantime, if you see a charge on your bank statement for your membership fees or purchases that the gym that states "Gains," please know that is for our facility and is not a fluke. If you do notice this please make us aware so that we can let zenplanner/Gains Global know. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

*No partitioning, this workout is a chipper. ie) Chip away at the 100 pull ups, then you can move on to the 100 push ups, and so on.
