Everything you do you in training should be done to your best potential. How you train is how you will always fall back on everything.
Technique Matters.
Sure you might be strong enough to muscle through something, to catch a Power Clean really shitty, to chicken wing over a Bar MU, etc. But we’re training, it’s not game day. If that means you need to lighten the load, lighten the load, if that means to take a quick rest and shake out your arms, take a quick rest and shake out your arms, if that means to slow down, slow down.
We care more about your technique than we care about the clock, and you should too.
