How serious do you take recovery?

Recovery is just as important as your training. And it just comes down to the basics; hydration, sleep, rating nutrient dense food, mention restoration, and balance. Seems simple enough right?
The honest truth is that in our day to day busy lives we tend to allow one or more of these areas to slip.
“I’m training daily, but I only drink one bottle of water during my workout.”
“I’m busy at work and I don’t have time to eat lunch.”
“I go to sleep at 12am and wake up at 6am.”
If we truly want our bodies to function at optimal levels, then we need to take the steps to ensure that we are providing our bodies with everything we need to do just that.
