Outdoor Classes

The outdoor classes for Saturday at CFI will take place at CFI on the glass. These classes will be 45 min classes, which we will ask that you please arrive no earlier than 5 mins before class for.

Classes are limited to 8 people per class.

We have 4 class time options for Saturday, 8am, 9am, 10am, and 11am. We need the 15 mins between classes to ensure that athletes are able to leave, and we’re able to properly sanitize before the next class arrives.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding as we begin to implement outdoor classes.

Please note, that you will need to arrive prepared to workout, athletes are unable to enter the facility due to the Government Mandate.

And that by signing up for an in person class, you’re confirming that you do not have any of the symptoms of COVID-19, that you have not been out of the Country for the past 14 days, or been in contact with anyone who has, that you do not have a fever, and if you’re a front line worker, if you’ve come in contact with someone suspected of having COVID-19, that you have worn all the proper PPE.

Please make sure that you note, one of the 9am classes is a Virtual Zoom class. When you’re signing in please make sure it’s the correct class, in person or online, as we’re mandated by the number of people that can gather together. If a class is showing as full you will need to select another time. All athletes must sign in prior to coming to the facility.

As we begin to roll out the outdoor classes, we will be adding more classes based on needs. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we begin navigating this new structure.

We’re beyond excited to be able to hit some WOD’s together in person again outside, and hope it won’t be long before we can be inside hitting these WODs.

"1 sec up 5 sec down"

WOD:

10 Sumo Deadlift High Pull
10 Push Press
10 Burpee over bar or DB or Backpack
