Outdoor Training
As classes will all be talking place outside this will be yet another new learning curve for us. We ask for your understanding as we begin to roll this out.
Classes for next week will be posted on zenplanner shortly, please pay close attention to whether you’re signing in for an in person outdoor class or a Virtual Zoom class. Please understand that if you mistakenly sign in for the wrong class, and the class is full, there is nothing we will be able to do. We’re mandated to these numbers. We will colour the virtual and outdoor classes different colours and label them virtual or outdoor on zen.
As we begin next week, we will be starting with a few in person outdoor class options as well as virtual zoom options. We understand many are just as eager to get back as we are to have you, and we’ll be adding more class time options, but will be beginning with a few next week. As these fill, other times will be added. Classes will also be set at approx. 45 mins for a little while.
If you’ve signed in for an outdoor class and you become unavailable to attend the class we ask that you sign out ASAP or notify us right away so we can open that spot up to someone else.
You absolutely MUST sign in for class before attending. There are no exceptions to this. We hope you understand.
As mentioned last night please come prepared to workout, as we’re mandated to remain outside. It might be helpful to bring with you, your own yoga mat or towel for the grass. Should the grass be damp or wet for morning classes, etc. We will not be using CFI’s black mats for the time being.
Weather will also play a factor to outdoor classes, keep in mind due to weather we may need to change the workouts, or equipment for safety, as well as change or cancel classes. We hope to be able to open the inside of the facility for classes soon, but until we’re given the green light on that, we’re stuck to the mercy of Mother Nature sometimes.
We’re beyond excited to get back to in person training. Beyond Excited!! We appreciate everyone’s understand in the protocols that have to be put in place in order for us to be able to train together. Most are things we already ask of you.
No one likes to feel like a nag, but these are all 100% necessary in order for us to train together!
