It’s a busy busy weekend in Collingwood.
We have a couple teams competing in the UG Series event down at the terminals in Collingwood on Saturday. If you’ve never seen an in person functional fitness competition, head down to the terminals and check it out and cheer on our teams.
Brit, Scott, Jordan and Dallas are Not Fast Just Furious and are competing at WOD 2 : Heat 5 at 10:30am, WOD 1 : Heat 5 at 12:30am, WOD 3 : Heat 5 at 3pm and WOD 4 : Heat 5 at 5pm.
Shayne, Michaela, Dee and Cody are Blue Mountain Monsters and are competing at WOD 2 : Heat 8 at 11:15am, WOD 1 : Heat 8 at 1:15pm, WOD 3 : Heat 8 at 3:35pm and WOD 4 : Heat 8 at 5:45pm.
If you plan on heading down and have never been before, please note that you will be unable to drive down, the Terminals area will be closed for the event, your best bet is to head down on a bike, or park in the downtown area and walk down.
We also have a few athletes including Coach Steph, Susan, Krista, and Jenn R, competing in the Summit Run at Blue Mountain on Saturday, so if you’re out Mountain way, go cheer on that crew as well.
The SeaOtter Bike event is also happening, if you’re competing in it, let us know.
So many athletic events in town this Saturday.

**Increase by 1 rep of each round.
Once you’re unable to complete the work in the min, begin dealth by burpees beginning with 1, add 1 each min until the time cap of 20 mins.
