Fundamentals

With the current situation we’ve changed up the way we introduce athletes to CrossFit. We’ve turned time back on Fundamentals to be similar to how we use to run foundations years ago.

Fundamentals is now a one week program, 3 class session.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30pm for 45 mins.

The fundamental sessions give all athletes an understanding of how our classes run, and goes over the fundamental movements with a particular focus on the olympic lifting.

All CrossFit athletes go through a version of fundamentals before entering regular classes. This is to give coaches time introducing movement technique to beginner CrossFitters, and allows coaches more time with athletes beginning. While classes are all coach led, regardless of how long you’ve attended the facility, going through fundamentals gives a good base before our entering our regular classes.

With the class session format, Fundamentals has been reduced from $160. to $100. + tax. We have a new session of Fundamentals beginning on Monday, if you know anyone interested in beginning CrossFit, have them email indestri@gmail.com or DM us on social media to reserve a spot. We have a few spaces remaining for next weeks session.
