We’ve had a few ask about the Whoop band that some of us wear again.
The Whoop band is a wrist or arm band that tracks your Strain, Recovery and Sleep. Strain being the daily strain that you put on your body through activity.

The Whoop has been a great addition to get to know our bodies better. We’re still learning new things about the Whoop tracking and our bodies daily. Such as how our daily hydration levels play a role in our recovery, screen time with blue light glasses vs. no blue light glasses, for ladies how our cycle plays a role in our training and recovery, as well stress levels, alcohol consumption, intensity in different activities, and so much more.
