Let’s Talk
Today (Thursday) is Bell Let’s Tall day.
Now more than ever let us be mindful not just on days like today, but everyday. Over the past year we’ve all learned that this facility is about far more than aesthetics and that fitness is essential for our overall health, both physical and mental.
It’s a place that many come to release their stresses, and to work on not just becoming physically strong, but mentally strong as well.
We hope that for each and every one of you know matter what is going on in your life, good or bad, whether we’re inside the facility together, or on a virtual class, we’re here and hope you feel that we’re a safe place.
A place where you can let everything outside go, listen to the music, sweat, lose yourself in a great workout, and at the end of it, whether you’re encouraging fellow athletes, or you’re laying on the floor making sweat angels, trying to catch your breath. We hope your time with us always makes your day a little brighter.

20 Pistols or narrow squats
30 Sit ups
