We just wanted to give a shout out, we know that virtual classes are not everyones ideal option for training, but we just wanted to shout out all of you who continue to use our virtual classes, lots of faces on the screen this time for the first time, and many who have used virtual with us each time it’s been necessary.

As well as all of you who may not jump onto the virtual class, but are continuing to log your workouts on zenplanner.

Being able to continue to coach you live is important to us, as is knowing that you’re continuing with your training.

5 SA Push Press + 10 sec OH hold per arm
10 Bent Rows
15 Snow Angels
20 Walking Lunges

Focus:

10 Min EMOM

ODD: 3 Wall Walks or 20 Pike Shoulder taps
EVEN: 3 One and a Quarter Squat (FS/BS)

WOD:

Every 2 mins x 6 Rounds with 1 min rest between

7 Burpees
75 DU's
Max Alt V-Ups for remaining time
