Focus:
10 min EMOM
Odd Min - 3 Muscle Snatch, 3 High Hang Snatch, 3 OH Squat w/ pause
Even Min - 5/5 Weighted pistols or High Step Ups
WOD:
“Fight Gone Bad Style”
3 rounds x 1 min at each station for max reps
1 - Wall Balls or Squat Shoulder to Shoulder
2 - Alt DB Snatch or G2OH
3 - Burpee over DB
4 - KB Swings
5 - Toe Touches or cardio
6 - Rest
