CrossFit is not for everyone, but it is for anyone.

If you know anyone who has been interested in joining our incredible community now is the time. We will have our first two fundamentals sessions of 2022 kicking off next week.

All CrossFitters begin with our Fundamental program. This program involves 3 sessions and is designed to give athletes an idea of how classes are run, and more importantly expose athletes to the fundamental movements we do in CrossFit. This program sets our athletes up with a good foundation before going into classes, where they will continue to learn, be introduced and be further exposed to all the movements.

Now that we’ve reopened, we’ve locked in some dates. One session will run at 10:30am next week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and another session will run at 7pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. If you know anyone who might be interested in beginning their CrossFit journey, share this post and have them shoot us an email indestri@gmail.com to reserve a spot!

Focus:

Shoulder Press

5 - 5 - 5

2 Warm Up Sets then
Set 1 55%
Set 2 62%
Set 3 65% ( squeeze in a few more reps if possible)

*(You should know your 1RM Shoulder Press from when we did CrossFit Total in December. Work the % of that 1RM)

Then with last weight of Shoulder Press do:
7 - 7 - 7 Deadlifts

WOD:

16 min AMRAP

30 Cal Row
20 Deadlifts
10 Shoulder to OH

*Base the weight off what you moved in your shoulder press focus work, and how you feel for 10 reps of S2OH.
