Some exciting news.

We’re bringing back our younger kids program, Indestructible Kids, ages 6 - 8 will take place for 4 weeks on Friday’s from 4:30pm to 5:15pm beginning on Friday, September 6th. Cost of this program is the same as the pre-teen/teen program, $100. +tax for the 4 weeks. If you have a child(ren) between the ages of 6 to 8 who are interested in getting started email us to register.

Our September pre-teen/teen program is also starting next week, on Wednesday. If you have a child(red) between 9 and 17 who are interested in joining us, email now, as spaces for the September session are filling up. Each of the 4 Wednesday’s from 4:30pm to 5:15pm for the month of September.

Increase by 1 rep every min.
If eliminated move to empty bar 5 reps every min for the remaining time of the workout.
