A you know, during the COVID-19 shutdown, we got together with two other CrossFit Affiliates in the US to offer virtual classes. We also wanted to be able to offer some specialty classes for you to benefit from. One such class was a live virtual 1 hour session with gymnastics + movement guru Carl Paoli.
For those who don’t know who Carl is, just google Carl Paoli and video after video of Gymnastics WOD’s, Freestyle movement, etc. will come up. Carl has been the go too for gymnastics movements in CrossFit since way back. He has been officially retired from teaching movement for years ( besides the occasional seminar ), but came out of retirement to do a virtual class for us, which we’re truly grateful for. Carl has an incredible thought process of movement, + well life actually. If you don’t follow him on instagram he would be a great account to follow.
Carl recored the live 1 hour session with us, which we’ve now posted on our YouTube page. If you missed the in person session, or would like to go back and watch and review again. 30 sec max meter row (sprint)
10 sec rest
20 sec easy row
Workout Detail: This is a pure speed workout. Use the 10sec to get your heart rate down. Find something that works. Deep breaths, 5 - 8s in 5 out nasal breathing
