Some House Keeping

Just a friendly reminder of some house keeping….

Please make sure you’re signing in to classes before coming to the gym, + if you’re signed in + can’t attend class please make sure you sign out, or contact the gym so we can sign you out + someone else can take that spot.

Also please make sure that you’re cleaning everything you use and touch! We know often times athletes have “WOD” brain after workouts + forget to wipe the pull up rig, or the change plate. We can not afford to miss disinfecting anything. We, do go through the gym after each class to make sure, but we need you to also please be mindful. Our doors can only stay open if we have these measures in place and followed, the more and more comfortable people get, little things tend to slip + get forgotten.

After you’re workout everything gets cleaned / disinfected and gets put away neatly please. This includes barbells, plates, etc. We only leave clips, PVC’s at stations on barbell days. Wall balls, boxes, and rowers stay out on days when they’re used. But everything else goes away after classes please! This ensures we know it’s been cleaned, and it also stops having to clean things that are left at stations but not used.

Thank you everyone! We don’t ever want to go back to a period of shutdown, so we’re doing everything in our power to keep that from happening! We thank you for understanding!
