Finding Intensity
On Tuesday our workout started with a EMOM, multiple rounds every minute on the minute, at the end of the time frame (15 mins) we had you rest for a couple minutes, then hit 2 rounds of those same movements, same rep scheme for time.
Welcome to finding intensity while under fatigue.
Intensity it what you put into you, you can go as fast or as hard as you decide. But the goal of a workout like this, is you get to feel it out, you have a minute to get through each set of movements and reps. After the EMOM, you’re meant to go hard, you know given the information from the EMOM that you can get through one round in less then 3 mins, so 2 rounds would have a time cap of 6 mins. The goal is to go hard, very short breaks if any.
This is a great way to push yourself and find intensity!

Double leg Broad Jumps across and back
Single Leg Broad Jumps across and back
WOD:
15 Rounds - Rowing ( or skiing or biking )
30 seconds High Intensity
15 seconds Medium Intensity
15 seconds Easy Intensity
