Important Reminders

As we approach our one month back inside the facility, we wanted to remind everyone of the COVID protocols inside the facility.

Please ensure you read over everything. We’re trying to get things back to the pre-COVID feel of our facility as much as possible, but we still have to be considerate of the protocols we have in place to ensure everyones health and safety.

Most importantly, if you’re not feeling well, DO NOT come to the gym.

We took away the full boxes on the floor and instead have X’s down to give you an idea of the distance that needs to be kept between athletes, please ensure you are training in the area of your x and not encroaching on the other x’s around you.

When you’re on the pull up rig, always face out, please do not face in and face other athletes. Also please keep your distance, do not set up side by side with someone unless they’re in your same household, and please do not hang out under the pull up rig. In order to maintain distance, you may need to wait while someone else does a set and take turns please.

Bring your own chalk. When your hands are sweaty, you can slip off the pull up rig. Our chalk buckets will not be coming back anytime soon. We do have some chalk blocks available for purchase in the retail area.

Class capacity is currently 14 athletes in class.

You MUST ( no exceptions ) sign in for class BEFORE coming to the facility. Class registration will open at 8pm the night before classes, you must ensure you’ve signed in for a class before attending. If you’re signing in through the app, please ensure you click the register for class, not the add to google calendar. Adding to google calendar does not sign you in for class.

If you’re signed in for a class and unable to attend we need you sign out at least one hour prior to class so someone else can sign in. If you’re no showing for classes there may be a charge that will need to be implemented.

Please note for those signing in for the 7am class, there is also still a virtual 7am class, please ensure if you’re signing in for the in person class that you sign in for the correct class. Believe it or not it mistakenly happens a lot that the virtual class is signed into by accident.

Continue to sanitize or wash your hands when entering the facility and before leaving the facility please.

Ensure that any equipment you use is cleaned off and put away before leaving. We will have multiple buckets of fit wipes around the facility for you to use to cleaning off your equipment. Equipment such as plates can just be put away, we will be fogging them. As well as sanitizing the floor. Before leaving please ensure everything you used, including the pull up rig is fully clean. Thank you!

Classes will remain at 45 mins currently to ensure we can sanitize where needed between classes. Please do not arrive early, and please do not enter the facility until the previous class has exited. And in turn, please do not arrive late for class, the class will begin on time so you will be missing an important part of your warm up.

Please wear masks upon entering and exiting the facility, or where a 2 meter distance can not be maintained. We will not ask that you wear a mask when training, but ask that everyone maintain distance.

While this list of protocols may seem long it is set to ensure the health and safety of everyone while in our facility. Athletes, coaches, staff. Keeping everyone safe and healthy and our facility open is our priority. These protocols are also set to help us keep our doors open. We would ask that everyone please be respectful of everyones else’s comfort level and personal space.

It’s been a long and stressful time for everyone. We’re doing our best to return as many things to “normal” as possible, while also doing the best we can to navigate through this, we thank everyone for your understanding during this time.
