Get Outside
We know the current situation is less than ideal for everyone. But on the plus side the weather right now is beautiful. Take that plus and get outside and enjoy the spring weather and the sunshine!
There has been a lot of talk surrounding sunshine, vitamin D and this virus. While we live in an absolutely beautiful area with 4 amazing seasons. A lot of our fall and winter months are gloomy, or when we do have a beautiful sunny day in the winter, it’s far too cold still to expose much of our body to the sun. So take this opportunity to get some vitamin D from he sunshine now. (Responsibly, make sure you protect yourself. Do not go get a sunburn.) But go enjoy some sunshine, soak up some vitamin D, boost your serotonin, which can give you more energy and help keep you calm, positive, and focused. We’ve lacked this beautiful weather and sunshine for months now. Get outside and enjoy it.
In fact, this might need to be a new challenge for the next few weeks, to spend time outside daily.
