There is so much that is out of our control at the moment. But we want to challenge you to spend some time focusing on what you can control.
Your attitude and your effort are always within your control.
Not a fan of zoom, that’s okay, we have other ways to hold you accountable. Our online leaderboard on zenplanner can be used daily for anyone completing the workout whether your in a coach led zoom class, or not. Use the leaderboard to hold yourself accountable to doing the workout. Or post on your social media that you did the workout and tag us so we see if, or DM or email us telling us you did the workout. As much as we would love to see all your faces on a virtual class, you can also just shoot us a message if you want some accountability help.
Fitness at home, on your own during a lockdown isn’t easy for most of us. It will require a lot more effort to get it done, more than just registering for class and heading to the facility. We know that, so try and make it fun, head outside for a workout in the sunshine, if you’re not on a virtual class then maybe make arrangements with a friend to FaceTime and do the workout together.
Whatever you do, do not let your fitness stop.
