Getting Outside
As the weather gets better we will begin to get back outside for things, like running. Yay.
We’ve had the parking lot semi cleared of the sand that has accumulated over the winter, but as we get into running again, just please watch any sand build up areas as it can be slippery on the asphalt. We would also ask that you please avoid going across the grass area, as it’s very muddy at this time of year, and while we will begin to run outside, and we understand that with that comes dirt in the gym, we also still want to avoid mud all through the gym. (Please do not walk across the purple gymnastics floor with dirty shoes, as it can not be as easily cleaned.). We thank you and appreciate it.
Weather dependent tomorrow we will begin easing into some running. Keep in mind that you can chat with the coach and also begin to ease into it even more, by shorting the distance if needed.
