Virtual Fundamentals
Do you know someone who’s been talking about trying CrossFit, or even just been talking about getting started with some fitness?
We’ll be offering a coach led virtual fundamental session. Much like the fundamental program we offer in person. Through this virtual session we will be coaching beginners though the fundamental movements we do often in class. This virtual fundamental session will include 3 live coach led virtual classes, and once we’re back to in person training it will include one in person refresher session.
Virtual Fundamentals is your introduction to CrossFit, a welcoming to a community of incredible people, and to a healthy lifestyle.
If you don’t live in our area, but looking to begin a fitness journey while we’re in lockdown. We’ve had at least one virtual zoom class continue to run Monday-Friday for over a year, whether we’re in the facility doing in person classes, or at home in lockdown.
We know that fitness is essential, maybe now more than ever, don’t let being at home hinder your fitness, just ask our members who join us daily on coach led virtual classes.
Only equipment needed for our virtual fundamentals is a PVC pipe, Broom, Hockey stick, Ski pole or something equivalent.

30 Second bottom of squat hold
Focus:
4 Rounds
5/5 Lunges
5/5 Renegade Rows
40 Mountain Climbers
Rest 1 min
WOD:
Death By:
5 Thrusters or Wall Balls
2 Burpees
**Increase by 1 burpees every round.
Once you’re unable to complete the work in the min, rest 1 round, then you keep doing the last successful round until the time cap of 16 mins.
